Very poor service. I paid £68 deposit and was told help would arrive in 2–3 hours. After waiting with my 2-year-old for hours and repeatedly calling, they had no updates and were dismissive when I asked for information. Finally, after over 3 hours, I had to push for a refund just to arrange someone else. Completely ruined my day and my family’s. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service, from a friendly, professional, company. Punctured tyre, in the middle of nowhere, Suffolk, late at night. Contacted Mobile Tyres 4 You. They were so helpful. The technician who's name was Dan, had to pick up a new tyre from the depot in Tilbury, before he attended. Had to use WhatsApp location to find me. When he arrived the new tyre fitting took just twenty minutes. No fuss, so impressed to find a company that's prepared to go the extra mile to help someone in distress. Thank you Dan.
