Had a puncture in Walingford bank holiday Monday! with 2 kids in car! . Phoned this company they told me it would be no longer than 40 minutes. It took an hour and a half to arrive . They told me they had my tyre when I called . When chap finally arrived after 2 more phone calls he said he had to go and get the tyre first!! Why not the truth first ? Not funny! When finally fitted I noticed the tyre is badly marked ? White stuff all over it (will get this checked at garage ) . I was told the bill £194 plus VAt 🥵but I just ha... read more
Service promised in 20-25 minutes and they arrived after 1:30 hour. The broken tyre was not collected and I had to take and discard it by myself with related costs. Total tyre and Service cost are high.
Mobile tyre hub came up and sorted my tyre within the hour for me, great tyre service and customer service. Would highly recommend. Rob smith
