Saw the reviews so was confident of a good outcome but regrettably the complete opposite, had the mower 8 weeks, possibly longer, initial two conversations confirmed diagnosis , I even said if wasn’t worth repairing just say and would purchase a new one, even asked if could purchase from potential stock, never had calls back, had to chase weekly and on passing by dropped in and still sitting in same place dropped off, No work undertaken and a young mum/partner just said take it, wasted two months, as I say , saw good reviews... read more
