Clear and helpful inventory reports, easy and flexible booking times
Really bad quality reports and service! Only take a handful of photos from afar. Not detailed enough. Do not accurately record condition of items and use standard “good” throughout. PDF photos are tiny - cannot expand. Called the company and was met by a rude lady who essentially said tough luck. Zoom into them using tablet or phone. Landlords use another company as you won’t be able to claim using MI services via OPENRENT
This company is Rubbish. Don't waste your money.
Very flexible for the timing and highly competent and thorough. The report came the next day. All for a reasonable price.
Mi services were really helpful with my inventory working with me to ensure it was all done ahead of my tenants moving in. Highly recommend.
