Jacob at M and M was excellent in supporting us find our first home. He was knowledgeable about the property but most importantly he was very patient and understanding of our requirements and treated us with the utmost respect through the process.

Jacob has been a great help. Great at answering our questions and also taking on board what we was looking for and delivered. He found out any information quickly for us and also kept in touch to let us know how the process was going. As we are first time buyers it's all new to us but he has helped us with the process. I would definitely recommend Jacob especially to any first time buyers.
Had such brilliant service from Steph in my moving home process. Very efficient and helpful and very friendly Steph is willing to help with any questions or queries I had and was so happy when I went to sign my tenancy. I look forward to my inspections I’m sure the kettle will be on and a nice chat while it happens.
