Always a good experience when visiting MLR.
Window jammed open. Best main dealer could offer was 3 months. MLR got part and replaced within 24 hours. Very polite and helpful service. Recommend. Will be our Service choice from now on.
Having achieved my lifelong ambition of owning a Porsche I needed help with a unusual and rare fault. Found MLR through Google. Contacted Reece and within a couple of hours, the part was on the way and date arranged for rectifying the fault. Have found an absolute gem of a company. Reece is a top man and all the guys extremely friendly and professional. Nice to know that I've found a forever team for a forever car!
Dropped my 25 year old 996 with MLR today for her first service in my ownership and very impressed with the guys and their levels of care. First time of using them and will continue to do so for as long as I'm lucky enough to own and drive my 996. All work discussed carried out on time and as priced. MLR- These guys are amazing and have sorted my Macan out twice now in a prompt and professional way. Once for air con not working and also replacing front suspension wishbones . Very friendly, they really know their stuff and showed me what was wrong and then explained what they were going to do it in a simple way. All repaired as promised and at a very reasonable price compared to Porsche main dealer. Big shout to Reece who I dealt with , who is excellent. Will use again in the future. Regards Jim
