This management company is an absolute disgrace. Communication is appalling, and incompetence runs from top to bottom. I woke up this morning to find there was no water supply in my flat or the entire building. I contacted the water supplier, who confirmed there were no issues in the area and advised it was an internal problem. I then called the out-of-hours emergency line for the estate agent, who said they had contacted block management and that an engineer was being sent — but no one could confirm when they’d arrive.
