I woke up this morning to find there was no water supply in my flat or the entire building. I contacted the water supplier, who confirmed there were no issues in the area and advised it was an internal problem. I then called the out-of-hours emergency line for the estate agent, who said they had contacted block management and that an engineer was being sent — but no one could confirm when they’d arrive. Ordinarily, they were ok. But recently, they have dropped the ball. Essential repairs have taken over two years, costs have escalated over 300%, and they have failed to produce any of the tenders, the specification, justification for the claimed repairs, or even to get their in-house surveyor to respond. A Company to Avoid at All Costs Our experience with this management company has been nothing short of dreadful. Despite charging extortionate fees, they’ve consistently failed to carry out even the most basic maintenance. Some issues have been outstanding for over a year, and we’re still waiting for action.
