Not quite professional as it appears on the website: have requested traditional Thai massage but had got strange oil massage, not stretches etc nothing even close to Thai massage and I have had really good ones to compare and bad ones too, this one was far the worst experience, resulted in pain after; dress code of masseuse was outrageously impropriate ( denim jacket with zips, loose hair etc) and room wasn’t clean to acceptable standards at all… quite disappointing, not worth it. Very rude staff not good service had to wait for 45 mins to actually get seen too and massage felt rushed and payed for an hour only got quarter of what I payed for
