Great service arrived in about 40 minutes of calling to get the stairlift going so my wife was able to gain access to upstairs Very impressed with Chris the engineer very polite and explained everything he had to do

This was the first time I have used mk stairlifts and I was very pleased with the service that they provided, especially having been let down twice by the manufacturer who couldn't be bothered to turn up for booked appointments. Having rung up and arranged an appointment for a week later with a hour window the engineer was on time and when he had finished the service he then showed me extra bits that I should have been shown when it was fitted.
