Unfortunately it has been necessary to call on your services three times to repair my stairlift Chris the engineer has attended on each occasion, one of these being at 10 pm. I found him to be super efficient, extremely polite with a sense of humour which I thank him for, an excellent service.

Very Disappointing Experience. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They were booked to carry out a service on my very elderly mother’s stairlift. From the outset, the pricing felt high – a basic call-out charge of £275 – but due to the lack of competition in the Amersham area, we proceeded. Great service arrived in about 40 minutes of calling to get the stairlift going so my wife was able to gain access to upstairs Very impressed with Chris the engineer very polite and explained everything he had to do
