With the help of Lisa's knowledge, hard work and practical advise I have be able to reduce my back pain and my poor hip mobility for the first time in months, she always has time to explain what she is doing and what the out come hopefully will be. Lisa is happy to give advise on what you can do for yourself at home so that progress continues. Thank you Lisa for all you have done for me so far.
Lisa is brilliant. She’s super friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. I’d never been for a massage before so she explained all the basics to me, the different areas we could treat etc. and made me feel comfortable. After a few visits I could definitely feel the improvements! I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist in MK!
