Terrible service, as a domestic violence victim, i was asked thousands of questions and jumped through hoops to try and get a property, was then told I will get it on Tuesday, organised a moving van an arrived in the office on Tuesday to be asked questions not relevant to my case and asked to call the police to prove my ex is infact locked up, once I proved this, waited around for 45 mins to then be told I won't be helped incase i decide to get back with my ex even though im pressing charges on him in prison and chucked out ... read more
Absolutely worst experience of my life, You pay charging fee each month, but the oven didn't work, the WiFi didn't work, the boiler stopped working, the plugs were damaged and dangerous. Two of the bathrooms leaked through the walls down on to the next floor. The last person to come into the house lasted only a week due, constant partying and music, and drugs. worst accommodations, full of old immigrants dirty kitchen and toilets guaranteed, support workers show no genuine care.
The staff are very disrespectful and the houses are run down
My friend is their now and they have not even gave him food or bedding absolutely shocking
