Great service - Matt installed our Kensa Ground Source Heat Pump back in January 2022. He is confident and will turn his hand to any type of work. Billing and quotes are turned around quickly. Cannot fault.
Matt is without doubt the best trades person I have ever dealt with. He always responds quickly to any enquiries and completes every task to the highest standard. Sadly only normally see him when something has gone wrong but he soon gets things sorted.
Being an awkward installation Matt did a great job replacing our boiler. We are so pleased he was able to reconfigure the pipes so they were hidden behind the tiles and hide the filter under the sink. Matt consulted us on how we wanted the installation set up all through the job. He provided us with new thermostats (downstairs and upstairs) instructions, guarantee and a gas safe certificate. We would thoroughly recommend Matt!
