Extortionate fees from a company masquerading as a local plumbing company. I rang about getting a boiler service and was quoted £175+VAT and asked to pay a £42 call out charge which I later realised was on top of the quoted price. So in excess of £250 for just over an hours’ work. Their website has multiple copies each with a local number that redirects to a call centre in south wales. Dont be as naive as i was and avoid this company. Have since been quoted £70+VAT for a boiler service by a genuine local plumber.
