Dishonesty. I went this company to quote the dented on my car rear bumper which is not serious. Their reception staff requested fee £90 prior any services provided. Afterward, their engineer only have visual check and taken few photo then quoted me the unreasonable price. So I would like have a refund for my deposit but they refused and claims that is non-refundable which they never mentioned when I paid even on the receipt.
