I just recommended Mitsdarfer Bros. to a friend. My experience with them was that they were very reasonably priced in comparison to other companies, and even honored a mailer coupon I had. They responded to my request promptly, showed up for the work as scheduled and did exactly what I requested, (needed the tree canopy brought up at the end of my driveway and trimming of all old trees along the roadway). Couldn't have asked for a better result.
Would give zero stars if I could. They gave us a great price but never did the work. They kept telling us we were on the schedule, but no one would show up. My husband made numerous phone calls, only returned some of the time. If you don't want to do the work, don't string a customer along for 3 months with a hazardous tree situation. Awful customer service!
We picked up a cord of firewood about 2 weeks ago. Thanks for the wet firewood...it won't even burn in our wood stove that's been burning all day...
After a rough start Fred and his team returned to make everything right. I am happy with the tree removal and clean up. Previous poor review has been recinded. Thank you Fred for responding to my complaints.
Had the misfortune of having tree damage due to a wind storm. A 60' tree came down, took out power lines and damage to the house. Called Mitsdarfer for the clean up. Within a half a day all the debris was removed and the remaining tree was taken down. They left the property clean and ready to plant another tree...dwarf this time.
The Mitsdarfer Bros estimate was the BEST. I had to wait months for my tree removal, but it was worth the wait. The work needed to be rescheduled several times usually do to weather related issues. Their crew works well together. It was a most pleasant experience. The did a great job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
