From the beginning when I was just trying to get a quote I was informed on multiple occasions to expect someone just to have nobody show up or communicate with me that they were not coming. RecommendedProfessional and extremely helpful. This is the second time I have utilized their services and will continue to turn to Mitsdarfer for any and all tree service needs.
Received an estimate for tree trimming on April 15 and agreed to contract. Had to wait until June 3rd for a scheduled start date. No show and no call on day of service. Called three times and was told “Checking with crew and would call back. Got no response. Last call went to voicemail. Terrible customer service and poor business relations.
We found that mitsdarfer was very reasonable and followed through with our agreement and even gave us a cash discount. The only thing negative thing I would say is they don’t communicate very well with the timing of there arrival. Over all I think they were efficient and were skilled, fast, and cleaned up where you couldn’t tell they were even there.
They showed up as scheduled. Got the job done in a great amount of time. They cleaned up. Delivered my soil to fill the holes from the stump removal. 5 stars for me. The best priced also. Thank you.
Please do not buy fire wood from this company. They told us that their wood was seasoned for 4 months when we called them. They charged us $190 and the wood we got was not seasoned at all. They delivered it today and the wood is wet. We tried to burn it and you can hear the sound that comes from wet wood. Also, in some of the woods, you can still see green ivy leaves which proves they are not seasoned at all!!! Some of the wood pieces are so large, they did not even chop them properly. The most responsive, efficient and thorough business I’ve dealt with. Was told they would be here at 8 AM and they arrived at 8 AM. They took 30+ trees down and when they pulled out of the driveway with their trucks and all of their equipment the area was immaculate. My husband asked them to trim a few other (30’) trees in the backyard while they were here and they gladly accommodated him. I highly recommend Mitsdarfer Bros. Tree Service!
