Staff and all doctors are awesome. I have been a patient for over 35 years and have never had any issues. Dr Woolf and all the new doctors are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and eager to help. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment and was able to see a GP within 10 minutes! And this whilst so many complain about not being able to see a GP for two weeks.
From doctors to reception staff all very helpful, kind and considerate. Me and my family have been with this surgery for more than 10 years and the level of care and standard has been exceptional!

Dr Woolf is an excellent Dr and this is a very good practice.
Most of the time all staff in here are lovely and welcoming! However, recently I have had an issue with repeat prescriptions. I had rang to place an order and was rudely told by reception that I must instead email in, they did not even provide me with an email for the surgery I had to find this myself. I have been doing this for a while now. I emailed in a couple days ago and then went to collect my prescription thinking it would be in, but it was not (no way of knowing as emails are never responded to). They had said they h... read more
