It was just a routine cleaning but again the level of care and professionalism was on the mark. Maggie my hygienist was thorough and efficient while explaining the health of my teeth and gums and that our program is working. With a long history of dental care, I feel qualified to put forth a few comments. I immediately could notice that the quality of care at Sensitive Care was and will be world class treatment. A vernier on a front tooth had popped off and fell down the sink, giving me the appearance of a vampire (at least to me). Dr. Quintner came in on his day off and made a new vernier, and within 2 hours I was back to looking normal. Great friendly customer service by the whole staff, combined with state of the art technology and dentists, make this the best dentist office in Connecticut.
I've been going to Dr. Quintner since I was young. The tools he uses are top of the line, and there are few others doctors who compare. I have since left the area and gone to school and continue to come home for my dental visits. The hygienists are incredible, and Drs. Helms and Alex are just so caring. The front desk staff are so courteous, and go out of their way to accommodate patients' needs. Nothing can compare to Sensitive Care!
Sensitive Care is the FIRST dental practice that I've ever gone to where I look forward to my six month visit! The entire staff is all smiles, extremely knowledgeable, there is never a wait and their equipment & techniques are state of the art. Laura ROCKS and she makes the entire visit fly by!
