Smoke alarms stopped working on 15th November at my Mother’s residence. This is now 20th March and still nothing done. By law all homes should have working smoke alarms!!
Terrible experience.. I did two viewings with them and they don't respond or let you know about the outcome at all for another couple of weeks. When I called, once I was told that my application was declined and then I could see the property still available on their page so I called again and she pretended as they are still waiting to hear back from the landlord, even after two weeks of viewings!!
