Don’t recommend, very very poor management. Don’t really care for their staff and the clients receive sub par care. Not a place I’d want my family member to be cared for and I think that shows considering the majority of their 5 Star Reviews are from management staff. Do not recommend disrespect their staff and don’t properly look after their clients
I have been working at MMCARE now for 3 months and I cannot fault the company. The care staff are very well trained and working very hard to provide a high standard of care. The company has a great vision and trains staff to a very hard standard. Couldn’t recommend MMCare enough as an employer and as a home care company.
Fantastic company pays full shifts and gives travel time, excellent pay rates. I would definitely recommend working for Mitchell Murdoch
Have worked here for nearly three years and think it is a great place to work. Staff get on well and support each other as the job is not always easy. Recommend the company to work for.
