I’ve been feeling really frustrated with the care I’ve received at this GP practice. The doctor I saw recently wasn’t pleasant and didn’t give me the space to explain what I was going through. It felt like they were questioning the truth of my symptoms, which is incredibly disheartening when I know what I’m experiencing. Being told to “just go to A&E if that’s what I feel” comes across as dismissive rather than supportive. I’m not looking to be dramatic—I just want to be taken seriously and properly heard.
I’m so annoyed and frustrated with the level of service in this place. Most of these doctors in there have no empathy or sympathy towards patients, especially children. They never want to go the extra mile and are just outright lazy. All you get is sarcastic comments when trying to explain what is happening to you. Probably the best practice in London and beyond. I can only speak from personal experience, but this is a fantastic surgery. The top Doctor is kind and supportive. So are all the wonderful staff . They work hard to get the best results for you. I do not understand the bad reviews! My experience is that if you explain clearly what you need, you will feel reassured. Extra thanks to the care navigators, who have come to my rescue many times! xxx.
