This was for my mother and father in law. He was such a amazing man. He was very polite and helpful.
I give a 10 out of 10. Very professional and personal. I didn't feel like a number. The service tech, Mohamed, was very informative and diligent. Excellent customer service and results. He went the extra mile. The entire process from setting an appointment to job completion was easy and straightforward. Kudos to Mr. Sparky.
