Bought the interior and exterior cleaning. Was told it would take 20 minutes. I guess the time begins when you get to the vacuums. It took about 20 minutes to get to the vacuums. At that point we got out and went inside to wait our 20 minutes. We did not see any cars going through the drive thru, so after about 40 more minutes we had enough. Never seem to get a really great cleaning here though they do ok. Truck outside was spotless, mats were nicely done but seats were not vacuumed well.
I have been going here for years and they did a real crappy job I paid for the platinum wash and when I got my car it still had dirt in the door jams and told the worker he said we couldn't get it out. Back windshield wasn't even wiped down wasted $30 i will be finding a new car wash. Not happy with the customer service or their service bunch of young kids working and playing around!
On our way to brandon mall, we made a quick last min stop to get the car washed. Good experience, clean establishment. First time coming here.
They use to wipe the excess water off your car after going through the car wash and I loved that! I went through today and was told they no longer do that, and after showing I was disappointed (not being ugly), the guy told me, well it wasn't his fault. Well I figured that. Then, I was told that there were extra blowers (which I have never put any faith in, and is why I have always come here). It left my car still wet. I will not be back. I used to go here all the time to get my car washed and detailed. Now it's some new place with cleaning packages. I asked the girl if the $30 package includes cleaning the inside of my car, outside and my rims? She said yes. Previously I think I paid about $28. I get my car back at the end. My floor mats ate still dirty, no armour all, inside of car was still dirty. The guy said they just do a wipe down. My rims were only half way cleaned. And parts of my car weren't cleaned. I reactivated my monthly plan bc it's so worth it and the staff always friendly and greets with a smile
I've been to both Brandon locations & they are horrible! Staff is rude, too busy goofing off to get the car cleaned. Had one guy ask for a tip before I made to the car! 👎👎
