I got the premium detail and will have to do the inside again... horrible!
Purchased monthly unlimited service on March 8. Get notice on April 2nd that monthly price is going up by 20% due to capital improvements of lounges and equipment. Here for my final wash on April 5 and the vacuums all just died. Time to find another car wash place. Disappointing.

Took my new car in for the $38 service. They were busy, got in my car, went to Publix, got out of my car and the 2 spots of bird poop was still on it, as well as several water spots. Returned promptly and they wiped the issue spots. I won’t be back.
I was a big fan of Mister Car Wash, I would bring my car and my husband's truck to be cleaned. I show up today 11/9/18, I pull up thinking wow there's no line, only to be told where the vacuums used to be, they no longer vacuum there and you actually ride in your car through the carwash now. Okay not a big deal... Until they changed the vacuums to be after the car is washed. I was 9th in line when I came out of the car wash I am still sitting in line waiting for my car to be vacuumed and dried. Oh by the way it's ALREADY dry... read more
