I paid for the top service. The inside of my car wasn't even touched. Inside doors, seats, cup holders were not touched. I wasted my money and won't be back.
Literally just left the car wash and not even sure what I paid for.
RecommendedI love this car wash! Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because I don't live anywhere near a location anymore which makes me sad. I have to congratulate them on their excellent customer service. When I went to cancel my membership at their location they neglected to tell me that I could not use the car wash on the same day. When I saw that it had not been canceled that month I called the customer service line and they very kindly refunded the month that I had been charged. I requested the ultimate and didn't even get my back panels of my Durango wiped down or my trunk vacuumed. I called but was sent to a voicemail, I left a message but I bet no one will give a callback since they already were paid. guess I wont go back and will let my family and friends know. They dont give you time to inspect, they send you straight in the driver seat and tell you to go so they can do other cars. I had to travel to Land O Lakes and only noticed it then.
