It took 45 minutes for a basic service. Unacceptable
Before I would have given you guys a 5-star rating but after this change in policy about not detailing cars on the weekend is unacceptable you just lost a lot of business because of this decision...
I had what's considered the "Ultimate Wash" for $10 and after going through the wash, they mildly shined my tires and barely wiped the remaining water off the vehicle. I got out and told them they lost their tip and I won't be coming back.
I take my car up here every week. The staff is amazing and very energetic.... my 2005 car looked like new when they were done... not a long wait and the mangers are good on time frame.... thank you Mr. Car wash for making my baby new again...
That's car wash is sucks I pay $34 dlrs for nothing

I had my car washed and hand-waxed on Christmas Eve. When it was done, I noticed the wheels were still dirty. As I went to look at the others, I found that the hubcap on the right front wheel was badly scratched; it had not been scratched when I went in. I got the manager, who insisted that his guys wouldn't have done that, and that there wasn't anything to scratch it on.
