You would think when you send $38 on the Platnium wash your vehicle would be clean when you get it back. Half the interior was vacuumed, windows still dirty, dust still on the dash. I get a better wash at the gas station car wash for $5 and then when I try calling the location to talk to Manager, Nobody answers the phone. It took 30 minute wait to get a dirty vehicle back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE PLACE!
This is by far the worse service yet. I have been doing the monthly Platinum exterior for nearly a year and I had been considering to interior upgrade. But each time I add the interior to the wash, I get a less than acceptable result. This is after I pointed out a bad vacuum (see photos) another 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back!
Have been sitting out front for 18 mins now and my car hasn’t even reached the vacuum section. It was like this yesterday. Employees are moving like they have no motivation to be here. Cashier, finally jumping in to help vacuum in order to get cars lined up off of hwy60.
The Management and Staff truly care about the customer experience. We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. From quality service to quality cleaning. The best in Brandon!
Customer service is fantastic!! Will ONLY come here for my car washes.
For $37 was not worth it to Expensive the windows inside my truck was not cleaned I won't go back
Mister car wash I am so frustrated for wasting my time and money on your services. I have brought my van to you 2x now and you have failed to clean it properly. The first time I pointed out the mistakes to you ( not vacuumed well, or wiped down well) and I was given 2 free washes to compensate for this bad experience. I brought my van to you today and clearly stated that "last time you did a horrible job, please do better this time" ... and yet again today you left my van not properly cleaned.
