Do not use!! Exceptionally terrible work done! Paid for premium and got basic...at best. Nothing on inside was done and when I asked why it hadn't been done was told "people are just being lazy today". Will not be coming back here.
My husband signed up one month and then canceled it the next month. This occurred October 2020. Due to Covid they stopped charging all cards Dec2020 to Dec2021. Somehow my card started being charged again Dec2021. I just noticed it and called them. They verified we have not been there since October 2020 but refused to refund any money to us. I just brought my car there today. 5/6/22 and I paid for the premium wash I think they called it (the most expensive). I know it is an express car wash but the things they missed on the inside especially was ridiculous. The faceplate of the radio was still dusty and there was still things around the inside that could have been wiped down way better than it was. The outside was fine but my tires were not shining as if they were being stingy with the tire dressing. Not a good experience.

We paid $30 for a car wash and was told they would not wipe around the gas cap cover as it would ruin their towel‼️‼️ They wipe this area every time we go there. Mister Car Wash you lost a repeat customer today over a towel‼️‼️
Will not be returning! Paid for the top package and was told door jams would be wiped, cup holders vacuumed, floor board as you step into the truck, and seats wiped off. None of that was done! I could of gone to a self wash place and done the same job for a quarter the price. When I mentioned it to one of the workers he stated they don’t do those items even though the worker at the front of the line stated it he’s done. Shout out to Jason over at the Florida Brandon Blvd location. He did such a good job I had to get out and personally thank him. He took alot of pride in his work. He needs a promotion!
They broke my sons headrest and didn’t even say anything! I have been trying to get a hold of a manager at the Brandon location for 3 days and no response back. We loved going to this place, but we don’t appreciate how this is being handled 😔 Overall the cleaning of our car was great! Just disappointed in the customer service.
I absolutely love coming to Mister Car Wash! The employees are absolutely wonderful and the management is truly just as attentive as the workers. I first arrived to Florida a few weeks ago and searched for the best car wash to become a member of. And you CANNOT BEAT the deals here! You get half of the a la cart menu with your membership, and no one else around does that! I saved a tremendous amount just on my first wax job!
