They're great!! Especially the downtown location. Friendly tellers and are always kind to other customers I see!
Been where I've been banking since being a Grad Student back in the 80's. Have had everything we've needed over the years.
I experienced bad customer service at the downtown location. I stopped in today to make a simple transaction and they made it difficult. No interest in providing customer service. I called to speak to a supervisor about what happened and she was not helpful at all, simply making excuses. What happened to customer service?

Obtaining a mortgage loan through MCU to purchase my first house was an easy, stress-free process. Kristy in the Mortgage department was clear about how the process worked and what I needed to do, prompt to reply to messages, and gave me peace of mind throughout the various stages of purchase that my loan would be in order by the closing date. Closing went perfectly with no unexpected issues. I highly recommend Kristy in the Mortgage department at MCU for first-time home buyers like me.
I went in and 2 people walked behind me and were helped first. Was told a direct letter from UPS wasn't proof of address. Will not bank here bad experience.
