I have been with bank since 1991 and they treat me and other members with disrespect. It used to be a bank that was happy you were their Customer and wanted to help you now they want to absolutely not help you and just charge you. I moved and didn't receive my Lein release and needed new one and charged me 25.00 to print it. I paid off my loan for my car early. UMB wouldn't charge you but that's the difference between a bank that wants your business and one that doesn't care about you as a long time customer. Don't do busine... read more
First experience with Missouri Credit Union was wonderful! Our loan officer, Matthew Czerwonka, was fantastic! Very quick and efficient and a got us a great interest rate!!
I stopped by the drive thru at the edgewood location in Jefferson City. I had 3 $20 bills and needed some $10 and $5 bills. I was turned away because I am not a member. What a giant crock of crap!!! Unbelievably poor service!! I will NEVER BANK HERE!!
I've had my ups and downs with this bank. And sure they let me take out a big loan that I have little hope of paying back. Put I will say this, they have been the best bank in town. The other banks I have dealt with haven't been that great. The thing I like most is when I put money in my account it is available right then, which is very important for me. But that being said they are still a bank.
Excellent customer service! Staff are always friendly and willing to help out! I am comfortable stopping in to ask questions anytime I am curious about a service. Would recommend MIssouri CU to anyone :)
