I had the worst Emergency room experience. They wait was 6hours. The staff wasn't helpful, truthfully rude. They there to get you in and out like a fast food joint. Definitely not to help. I spent11 hours and I still have the same pain.
The "caring" nurses kicked an elderly woman out of the hospital at 1:30am to sleep on a bench. She rode in the ambulance from over an hour away so she had no car, no family there. Way to go Nurse Ratchet. Elderly woman sleeping outside on a bench in St Louis you are Nurse of the year

I had a good experience with nurses & staff they took good care of me around the clock, and made sure my pain from my surgery stayed at a minimal.
The care I have received from Missouri Baptist hospital has been great. I had a very complicated pregnancy with my son and I thoroughly believe that my perinatologist and the nursing staff at this hospital are the reason I was able to give birth to a healthy baby. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and am happy to say our second baby will also be a mobap baby!

Wow, took my friend to her Cardiologist appointment today. We needed a little help finding our way around & ended up needed a wheel chair to get to the lab. Two nurses saw us, one male nurse just finished his shift and a female nurse was on her break and both went way out of their way to help us....all other employee's were great too! Meant a lot to us for we both are disabled & have a hard time walking around in such a big place.
