My mother-in-law had to stay there on the 5th floor. The Nurses and Techs was awesome all sweet to her and myself. Loved how you gave me a cot to sleep on which was very comfortable. Thank you!
I always have testing at Barnes. They are the best. Came here with my husband's colonoscopy. It was like waiting at a free clinic. An hour and a half sitting in the outer wait area; then another hour in the internal wait area before the procedure even started. Ridiculous. In and out at BJC within 2 hours. I will never come here again.

If I could give you a 0 I definitely would!! Worst hospital experience I've ever had in my life!!! No concern for patients pain!! I was left in a room for 4 hours without a nurse or dr or anyone coming in to check on me!!! I paged for the dr and nurse for over 2 hours with not a response from either one!! I won't ever be coming back to this facility again!!
Worse hospital I have ever had the most horrible opportunity or stay at. Waking up in pain and the male nurse shooting three medications in my iv in less then a minute. Almost stod straight up, went staight to my brain and felt like i was about to die. Wouldnt send an enmy there...smh
I'd give the care and the concern for what is actually best for a patient an absolute zero. Waking a patient to sign consent papers at 4 am for a procedure they were unsure they wanted to have done and then the "procedure" goes wrong with a 1% chance of that happening.
The people at Mo Baptist took excellent care of my Dad. Their caring & concern for our family is the best we have received. I would recommend them to everyone.
