DO SOMETHING! This service is horrible! The night staff does not care. I've bee. To two different hospitals trying to figure out what's wrong with my mother and no one seems to care. If it's during night DO NOT COME HERE. You will be waiting HOURS just to see a doctor.
MoBap fired an employee for multiple HIPPA violations and did not notify any patients of the fact that their Private Medical records had been compromised. I know this to be fact. It happened in April of 2014.
Went to the ER here a few years back for an allergic reaction. I was seen and treated quickly. The staff were all very nice and professional.
Amazing doctors, staff and nurses! Thank you to all the nurses in Labor and delivery who helped me and my first born. Especially Michelle, Marcye, Noelle, Leslie, Shera, and the countless other nurses whose names escape me at this moment. You are SO appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
After a week in ICU at a hospital across the river, where my Dad received horrible care and was being told there wasn't anything else they could do, an ICU bed opened for him at MoBap! The care he received was amazing in ICU, and also in the Cardiac unit. The nursing staff was friendly (for the most part) and attentive (kudos to Debbie Young and Hufsah in ICU), and the doctors were excellent. After a week at MoBap with excellent care, my Dad got to go home. We expect that he will be back on the golf course before long!
This place is fantastic and the people who work their are even better. I would recommend this to every person that would listen to me!

I was recently a patient in the ER at Missouri Baptist. I was taken care of excellently!!! I was however referred to an ENT associated with the hospital. After numerous calls to the Drs office because of my unusual situation and because I wasn't an "established patient" of his their office could really careless! I suggest Mo Bap find a different ENT to refer people to!
