My mother has been to Mo Bapt numerous times the past few years, never have encountered a rude or uncaring employee. Yesterday. DEC 26, a legal holiday, doctors offices closed was the longest we have ever waited to be seen, 7 hours in the waiting room. Would have gone to urgent care, but as an RN I knew she would be admitted. Keep up the good work.
Staff has been remarkably accommodating and caring.Been to most all hospitals in saint Louis as in patient; Mobap reigns superior.
My one year old needed emergent care, we were greeted at the door by the receptionist and immediately took us back to a bed where a nurse was waiting for us. They took care of our baby like it was their own. The doctor was very informative, polite and punctual. Baby needed suction and an IV, within minutes 3 nurses were at the bedside showing the greatest teamwork and successfully got our kiddo hydrated and breathing better! We are having a HORRIBLE experience with my brother currently at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Four (4) MRI'S were scheduled today and they forgot to do ALL of them! He's been given an ineffective antibiotic for his virus for two (2) weeks. The nurse was an hour and a half late in giving him his pain medication. His pain was so excruciating, he blacked out. We asked if someone could assist him with a bath/shower yesterday (he hasn't had one in over two weeks). They told us the hospital ran out of hot water! We asked again... read more
This was my second surgery at MoBap and I live 2.5 hours away. Very impressed with the care! All the way from pre-op to post-op recovery to my room, everyone showed they cared and gave excellent care.
My ER Doctor Rush and the nurses were excellent. So professional and kind. I had Carbon Monoxide poisioning. They put me and my daughter n law at ease. Explained every step and process. I have a new hospital I will go to from now on. Thank you.
