Staff was very personal and courteous. Very attentive and always asking if there was something they could do to help make your stay more comfortable.
From the time I arrived for my surgery until I was wheeled out to the discharge area every staff member I came in contact was awsome they made the stress of my surgery a lot less stressful hats off to mobap and their staff
Yesterday was my very first time at MO Bap... The staff at the Pain Management office was awesome. I felt very relaxed and taken care of.

The staff on the 4th floor were very professional.
The nurses in the CVR have been amazing and the Doctor too. The waiting room is CRAP! Way to small and no place for loved ones to sleep and the furniture looks the same as it was when my mama was here and she has been gone for 15 years!

Usually have great experience and this is my family go to hospital for everything. But yesterday, for my mom's surgery was horrible! It was clearly stated that she needed a CPAP machine for her own safety. One was not used during the procedure. They made us feel like we weren't welcomed, refusing us to see her! Not all bad, but those TWO spoke volumes on the level of care and respect they have for people of color and their families.
