Everyone was wonderfully supportive and informative!
I was there for my Aunt who was hospitalized for congestive heart failure and pneumonia . I found the nurses and the physical therapists very nice and caring. Her food was good. My only issue was her needing to go to potty . She needed help because of weakness in legs. I wasn't able to do it alone. I understand they were busy busy but seems someone could have understand the need for urgency.otherwise I would recommend this hospital to others.
Nice place nice people going back for more. Getting my hip relpaced soon
This is by far the best ED in town. I only go to MBMC for emergency care. Their staff is top notch - the doc I had yesterday was super thorough and had a great bedside manner. He gave me the medication required and took care of my pain - while alleviating my fears of worse problems. I hope not to have to go back again anytime soon, but if I do I will go to MOBAP without hesitation.
Missouri Baptist is not close to home. I often drive in traffic to get there. I do this because I get grade A treatment every visit. I feel I have the best doctor and her team in Dr Margaret Reiker. I would not change doctors or hospitals for any reason. I highly recommend and appreciate all the caring staff. Thank you!
I took my fiancé to the Er with fever and chills . As a cancer patent we were taken straight in and we ended up getting admitted . They treated him with great care and me like I was just as important. We had a private room so I didn't have to leave his side . They got me everything I needed to be comfortable . The nurses were kind and caring .
Staff was very pleasant. The doctor was outstanding and explain and showed videos of everything that was going on. The lunch took quite some time and so did the check out. But we left with a lot of knowledge that we didn't have before
Visiting my grandmother and she pressed the " nurse call button".......I have watched my clock and here it's has been 45 min and no nurse has yet to come......every 20min someone comes over intercom and says your call light is on....I responded we have been waiting for a nurse for 45 min. all she says is "I Apologize" and hangs up.....What point does it become urgent?
In brief, while I would have preferred not to have needed the services of MO Bap ER they took fine care of me. Communicative, professional clerical, nursing, radiology, laboratory staff. Doc was first class. Should I ever need an er again I would not hesitate to use the MO Bap ER again for myself or any family member young or old.
