I'm always amazed with the ability to innovate and hospitalization is no exception. Though my first experience, it has been a good experience.
My visit was great!!!!!I was taken care of as soon as I arrived to the hospital.....
This was my first time at MoBap. I had an ERCP done as an out patient. My nurses were wonderful. My pre op nurses name was Michelle and my post op nurse was Karen. Both of these ladies were wonderful. The were kind, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I didn't need anything. They answered all of my questions, managed my pain after the procedure, I was very happy with the quality of care I received.
It was Friday night in the ER and they were Busy!!! Everyone working was doing all they could to get patients through. When I arrived the waiting room was full and I knew it was going to be a long wait. I was there at the request of my doctor because I needed tests to rule out a potentially serious issue and of course as I mentioned it was after 4 pm on a Friday night. I had great experience with the staff and volunteers in the infusion center . Everyone was very helpful and made sure my needs were promptly attended to. Only one problem. As I was leaving I stumbled in an uneven place on the parking lot. Today I am very sore but I am okay. Let me say that I usually walk on the sidewalk. But there is some type of construction going on and I couldn't use the sidewalk. This doesn't have any effect on the care and treatment I received in the infusion center. They were fantastic.
The staff here are exceptional. I am moving all my medical needs to MOBAP
They treated me so good and made me feel so at ease and comfortable
The medical staff is so friendly and helpful. They are like a breath of fresh air.
One of the best hospitals around... ER staff are angels, and surgical staff had to have flown down from heaven! Love, love, love this facility!
