Technicians Tim and Kyle serviced our home today. They were very professional- not only courteous, but very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We are extremely satisfied with the results after only two visits- a dramatic reduction in spiders around our house and deck, and my potted plants and flower beds are now thriving. I cannot believe you have people going door to door in a quarantine, without a mask no less!!! Your guy was beyond rude and would not leave when he was asked to 4 times. I had to yell to make him leave. I called the police and I will absolutely be sure to NEVER DO BUSINESS with your company and tell everyone I know not to use your services because you obviously do not care about your clientele and our health and safety. Despicable!
I had a wonderful technician, Christian Myers. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He also asked if I had any concerns or had I noticed any bugs. When he was finished spraying the property he made certain that all the gates were locked again. I would recommend Mission Pest Control to friends and neighbors. Susan Patterson
