May 18, 2021 Michael was just here getting rid of the ants that invaded my house. He was fantastic!! Very thorough and he explained what he was going to do and afterward showed me. He also put some ant bait traps in just the right places. Thank you Michael

Darby was my tech and did an awesome job. Very happy with every employee contact I've had with this company. They always let me know when they are coming cuz I have dogs.

They show up every six months and charge you monthly - worst service I have ever seen - then you try to cancel and they say they have done a good job and think it is appropriate to not show up as promised every month - crazy

I love Mission Pest Control. My technicians have always been kind, thorough, and efficient. I love that I can call anytime to get a free re-service if I ever start seeing bugs in between my normal service dates. I've only needed to use it once when rats decided to move into my attic! I wanted them to put poison in the attic but they came the next day and took care of my problem in a way that wouldn't leave dead rats in my house. I hadn't thought of that outcome. DO NOT USE Mission Pest Control! They only showed up twice in one year but charged for four visits. Terrible customer service. Michael was rude and very unprofessional. They are a "rip-off."

I have a posted “NO SOLICITATION” sign clearly at my residence. A Mission Pest Control sales person rang my doorbell and refused to go away until I slammed the door closed. I had attempted to be polite, point out the sign. understand his goal, but he was belligerent and forceful beyond reason. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE OF THIS REFUSAL TO RESPECT My sign, my attempts at being nice. I have tried to cancel my account using their website (thru Billing's comment) but failed. Then I have tried to call them but no one answer and I have left a message for cancellation. Next, I emailed customer service but they emailed me back to request to cancel by phone. Finally, I had to call but have been waiting ... then a representative talked to... then sent me to another one...next waiting again. When I had a new representative, she asked me that she will call back in next morning... This is so bad service for canc... read more

Technician Alejandro Meza serviced our home yesterday. This was there second treatment in our home. I appreciate the company letting us know the window of time when the tech would arrive and he was prompt. Did not disturb us as we were working but did wave to us through a window when he entered the yard. We needed to give him additional instructions and I just appreciated that he maintained physical distance and completed his work in a professional manner.
