I could not have ask for any better care after my car accident. Trama Orthopedics and Dr. Harold Frisch saved my foot! Thank you!

It's a great Hospital once you get past the LLLLLOOOONNNGGGGG WAIT in the ER waiting room. The staff upstairs is a lot nicer, kind, and very caring. Compared to the ER staff!

The ER is the worst place. If you had a -5 that is what I would give it. Took my sister because of feeding tube issue spent 4 and half hours in waiting room. Her O2 was 83 and then 2 hours in a room and a useless Dr. That didn't have a clue. Finally got her in the hospital thru her Dr. She had to have surgery last night. and doing better. If you need ER please go to Park Ridge. Hopefully she will be home soon

The patient floors, surgery staff, etc.are great. Can't say the same for the ER. Was brought in as a trauma patient and at one point found myself lying immobile and screaming for help. And no things were not so busy that staff was scarce. The real reason seems to be that it was near shift change for the nurses; once the night shift came on things were fine in a matter of minutes. But the ER day shift, leaves a little to be desired.

Emergency room staff last night was terrible!!!! No compassion for families or patients. Absolutely the most rude nurse's I have ever encountered.!!!! If there was a closer hospital I would never go back to mission.

North Carolina Industrial Commission — and the state Court of Appeals have ruled repeatedly in recent years that Mission Hospital refused to help injured nurses and others despite clear evidence that they got hurt on the job.
