This last 2 Vists I have had that's been a month apart, they just blew my issue off that it was nothing, I have internal bleeding

My husband was in Mission Hospital, and I want to thank all the nurses in the Cardio ICU and the Nurses on Floor 7G. But I want to really thank Nurse Bobbi Jo Erdman on 7 G. She went above and beyond what is expected. Her compassion and expertise was such a blessing. Tried to nominate her for the Daisy Award, your site is not working. What a shame. Would have loved to put her name in it, because she earned it.
These numbers should go in to the negative! You do not listen to your patients! Your solution of upping pain meds, instead of addressing the issue is inexcusable. You make no effort to accommodate special needs patients whatsoever! Healthcare at its worst! Rude, hateful, uneducated, misinformed staff!
Mission Hospital merely fired a man named Marshall Adam Spears from his security job, instead of prosecuting him for stealing from patients. By not prosecuting you have allowed him to continue his path of destruction to where he has stolen thousands of dollars from innocent people.
Wonderful Doctors, nurses and people work at SECU.
The staff there was super nice and shows alot of compassion for you and what you are going through . I was really pleased at the treatment I received while I was there.
Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful! The ER staff, Flight crew, trama center nursing staff have all been great. My son was brought in via MAMA and our family has been treated with the utmost respect and have had the best care.
