Husband had sliced his hand on a broken glass fixture, former EMT so he bandaged it tight so he wouldn't lose more blood. Once you get past the initial desk, we were surprised. We expected to be there 4-6 hrs or longer due to his severity not being very high, in & out within 2.5 to 3hr. Deb checked on us, the CNA tech was good, Art with registration was great, and the PA who stitched him did gave a toss. My 4 year old grandson had ortho surgery today and EVERYONE was great...from administrative staff, to valet parking, to nursing to all doctors and medical staff. Everyone worked to make this as positive an experience as possible and you Succeeded! THANK YOU! �

Care started out extremely well, but has dropped off since MD decided to transfer to Levine Children's in Charlotte. Long wait for transport, too.
Well Mission Hospital screwed around with us again they are not going to tie her tubes they have been telling us for four fucking days that they're tying her tubes and now they're saying no they want to wait six weeks. Because they can't seem to schedule the OR to have it done, or they cannot find an anesthesiologist or they needed to clean the OR or some other reason other than they can't get their shit together. Not enough handicap parking spaces! Every time I visit someone I have to walk a very long way!!! That's very hard when your using a cane!! I have yet to see an open handicap space!! Gonna encourage my friends and family to go to Park Ridge!
Tired and disappointed- We went to er at mission with my granny because of heart issues-- we were there 8 hours and never got seen-- we left-- but don't think I'm going to be quiet about this! Shame on you Mission Hospital -- You can do better!
