Extremely long wait times.... We are working on 3 hours and 5 mins there are people here who have been waiting for 5&6 hours,
My experience here so far has been a horrible one! My daughter was born the 22nd at 30weeks gestation. So far the NICU has tried so hard to get me to leave my child here and make me return home which is over an hour away almost all parents are offered a sleep room or the rathbun center they refuse to offer me anything at the moment with no reasoning behind it. I recently had surgery and was inpatient at the St. Joseph campus, 7th floor, for 4 nights. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. Everyone I encountered - from the initial pre-op appointment to the surgical team to the nutrition staff and especially the RN's & CNA's - eased my nervous mind, treated me with dignity and took very good care of me. I thank all of you!
Most of the nursing staff was very nice. I had a couple fantastic doc's. They need staff seems in all departments though. Low staff are causing them some issues. Thanks for caring for me!
I had overnight out patient surgery at Mission St Joseph Hospital June 3d. They were so good to me. I have never been treated better. They were respectful, efficient, and kind. My nurse was Samantha Gibbs and she was awesome. Thank you so much for your kindness and care!!!! I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was on business in Asheville, away from family and my doctors in Orlando, when a major heart attack forced me to the ER at Mission. Within seconds I was receiving amazing care the Cardiology staff. A heart catheter showed extensive problems, and the next morning I had SEVEN bypasses. Now two weeks later, I am dealing with much pain and discomfort, but I will live to see my grandchildren grow up! Thanks to the dedicated staff at Mission Health!
