The staff and the doctors is the best I've seen I appreciate you and thank you for being so kind
Mission uses out of network doctors at Blue Ridge Regional who have shady billing services. They will not bill your insurance but they will send you a bill maybe over a year later when it too late for you to bill your insurance yourself Sorry, telemedicine does not make up for closing of labor and delivery.
This is one of the worst hospitals. Especially in the ER Behavioral unit. I saw a patient eating off of the floor. The staff had no empathy towards patients. and they had a problem of not keeping track of their patients. It is badly managed.
Please, PLEASE stop with the insulting slogan, "Mission Stands with You." Mission has completely turned its back on the people of WNC by pulling out of the BCBS network. I am right in the middle of a lengthy diagnosis/ treatment ordeal, have no driver, and now have to figure out how to get to distant hospitals to start over with this grueling process. It's a difficult thing to not be totally disgusted with Mission Health. You've created a monopoly, and now dropped your patients.
