Despite having agreed time and date via email and was reassured that the details were in the diary. On the day no-one turned up. Despite 2 answerphone messages left and a follow up email. No contact from company, apology or otherwise. Very disappointing as I had used company before and was very happy to recommend. Will not be recommending in future.
