Very impressed! I ordered custom wardrobe mirrors on Monday afternoon and they arrived first thing on Friday morning. Staff were super helpful, responsive and available on the phone and email. Thanks John! Well priced too. Definitely recommend!
Ordering and pricing on website very clear and competitive. Delivery was quick even though order placed over Christmas period. Quality is good also (had the foiled reverse). Was take surprise by delivery - as others have said in reviews no notification of delivery date - just a call from the driver asking where to put glass as I wasn't in.
Very helpful driver who helped lifting the 1.8m long mirror up 3 floors as well as worked extra time to deliver a delayed delivery. Answered a lot of my fitting questions. Thank you very much. The office was very unprofessional though, since I told them on the day they said the delivery would come but didn't they never answer my calls includes the following day. I asked them to give me 30mins notice which wasn't put down on the delivery note either. Very disappointed.
All staff at main reception are extremely rude Minimum cost of £20 plus VAT for a piece of glass 315x377mm No customer service skills Looks like they are doing you a favour by serving you
