I think it’s unfair for customers not to be able to amend/ cancel their orders especially when it’s done immediately after order has been placed. Tried calling as well, unfortunately couldn’t reach to anyone, only got replied when order proceeded.
Definitely the best place to get your mirrors cut - I searched for a couple of weeks, nationally and locally and these guys are the cheapest and also quickest! Had to go and collect from their Brixton workshop to avoid the waiting delivery time - my order of 3 tall mirrors was done in one day!
Do not purchase from this company close friends placed an ordered paid in good faith that the goods would be dispatched and delivered without issues unfortunately this was not the case after weeks and weeks of trying to negotiate with the company to either receive their order or to be issued a refund they are left without their order or a full refund!!!
Quick service and delivery, very friendly and responsive team and installers were great too!
