What started off badly turned good. After work done to my Maverick for a recall, the passenger seat belt was jammed. I called 3 times and only got an automated answering machine. Finally Chris returned my calls and after apologizing he set to work repairing the truck and the service department's reputation. They came to my house to get the truck, repaired it and returned it without fuss. I still hate the automated phone system, but they did a good job fixing the problem they created on my truck.

I had the best time in this dealership Ryan was a joy had the best personality and I like that he was so friendly and not to serious. He didn’t make me and my husband feel like it was just business for them. 10/10 would recommend and also Dan in finance he also was super nice and he made me feel like I have know them for years.
