I had the best time in this dealership Ryan was a joy had the best personality and I like that he was so friendly and not to serious. He didn’t make me and my husband feel like it was just business for them. 10/10 would recommend and also Dan in finance he also was super nice and he made me feel like I have know them for years. Ask for Ryan when you go next vehicle I will definitely be back❤️

I was calling to check on floor mats ordered for my wife's explorer. With 4 phone calls, no one can give me an answer on when they will arrive. Really hard to get anyone to call you back.

I am revisiting my reviews of Miracle Ford. After the most recent experience, I don't trust them and suggest no one else does. Pay real close to attention to finance, especially Sandra, she will try to slip in an extended warranty and add money to your loan acting like she is giving you something for free. They might estimate your pay off the same way the value your trade, low, then you get a call a few days later saying you still owe them money.
