Deceitful about the ability to switch vehicles within a 72 hour period if purchasing the protection plan. Had it been made clear that I could lose thousands of dollars in the “trade,” I would have made sure I was making the best decision. I still may have purchased a vehicle the next day. This tactic caused me to not fully do my typical due diligence. Don’t fall for the trap!
