I cannot say enough good things about Colton Green. He was a dream to work with. He explained everything about my new Maverick when I picked it up and installed my weathertech floormats the next day. When my license plates came in he installed them for me.

I've interacted with 5 different employees in the past few weeks and the common theme with all of them is they seem unhappy (at least that's how they come across so if that's not true, then Miracle you have a perception problem on your hands). That would lead one to believe the culture at Miracle Ford is not great. F&I guy (I won't name him) is particularly ornery and disrespectful.
